Nevada's citation is for games with replay/television equipment and gives officials the authority to check the monitor for a shot clock mistake.
If there is no replay equipment, the prevailing rule is 5-11-4, which also forbids canceling any flagrant or technical foul. A.R. 153 covers the play if it is a common foul: cancel the foul, put time back on the clock and give Team B the ball for the shot clock violation.
