That's the $1 million question. Full speed, the defender has established his spot on the floor. In slow mo he is sliding a bit, but I would have a hard time rewarding a whirling durbish, out of control move like that with free throws. Otherwise any crash test dummy can barrel down the lane and draw a foul any time he wants. I'm obviously in the minority here though.
