Does anyone have the answer key to this years test? LOL

Seriously, has anyone who works below DI heard how block/charge is to be called on courts that do not have the RA marked? Do we continue to use the cylinder from last year or do we guesstimate based on where the RA should be?

I've heard the latter, but have not seen anything specific.

I just had my conference meeting this past weekend, and the issue was brought up regarding schools in D2 and D3 that don't have the RA painted on the floor. What our coordinator told us is that you still have to enforce it. I guess the best way to do it is try to figure out where three from the middle of the basket is at.

Now, one of the things that I was told was that if there RA isn't painted then when have to do our best to get it right. On the other side, if the RA is painted an official who has knowledge about a secondary defender's foot being in the area, they can come and supply that information for you.
