Ummm....
I am neither confirming or denying my presence at games 1 and 2 of the WCF but Cuban was FAR from calm. I actually found him somewhat enjoyable to watch. Talk about a guy who wears his emotions on his sleeves. The one scene that sticks out, had I been there, was in game 2. Can't remember the call but it was a close one. He (may) have had his hands on top of his head waiting for the jumbotron to reply the foul and it did. He then (possibly) threw his arms out, looked over to where Stu Jackson was sitting and started flapping his arms towards Mr Jackson, the Jumbotron and the Offiical with some choice words thrown in. He completed it with a nice piroette! (Ok I can't spell that but I CAN spell Berea!)
He just kept his comments out of the media. He still made them on the sidelines (or so I hear!) |

I wonder if that will change given his disappearing act in the finals, especially in the fourth quarters of critical games. Whether it is lack of killer instinct, wilting under pressure, or other assorted theories being bandied about by sports commentators, he is clearly not up to MJ or Kobe standards (yet?).

The 2nd best team that money could buy. I do believe the Mavs had the 2nd highest payroll in the "League"

And part of that is there is a part of society that was not offended by his actions either. There are a lot of factors. Not trying to figure them out either, but a hated guy does not usually lead in jersey sales. I do not remember Kobe being at that point when he had is little trouble.
Peace

Kobe Bryant changed jersey numbers from 8 to 24 in the 2006-2007 NBA season.

Kobe had led jersey sales every year since the number change until this year when LeBron changed numbers/team jersey.
