Exclamation Mark Cuban in trouble - but not with the NBA this time

Mark Cuban has been accused of insider trading. Too bad he can't earn enough to help the Mavs.

Does this mean he won't be buying the Cubs?

A source close to MLB said a few weeks ago that they (MLB) would never allow Mark to buy the Cubs.

Hmmmm... I wonder what they already knew?

They knew that he owned an NBA team.

Cuban should quote Groucho Marx: "I don't want to belong to any club that will accept me as a member!"

This recent charge against him may take him out of contention for the cubs. There were only two legitimate contenders and Cuban was one of them. Sam Zell who owns the Cubs has some serious financial deadlines and his ownership of the Chicago Tribune has major debt attached to it. He needs to sell and sell fast. That said, I wouldn't count Cuban out.

We saw him at a recent bulls preseason game and he was sitting a few rows away, my son had an Indiana hat on and Mark autographed it for him. He seems like a good guy, very laid back and friendly.
