I think in the AAU tournament I worked last weekend, there was a tiebreaker that counted the number of times each team said "AND 1". Occasions where they yelled that and the shot failed to go in must have been worth double.
 A little surprising to me, I did not have to issue a single T. Had one player get frustrated with me for not calling a foul after he dribbled into two stationary defenders and fell down but that was hit. His coach got on him about that too.
