You’re the least experienced (by years) but you’re in the leadership position & you just want to work well as a crew without all the other bs that you have witnessed personally & through the testimony of others.
Maybe that person's personality was why that person was put in that particular game. Or maybe you 2 were put in the same crew to counter-balance each other.
