You’re the least experienced (by years) but you’re in the leadership position & you just want to work well as a crew without all the other bs that you have witnessed personally & through the testimony of others.
You are not going to change your partner's personal tolerance level with any kind of pre-game talk. And you're certainly aren't going to be able to transplant your personal philosophies into your partner either. If anyone has any complaints or problems with your partner's conduct, then that's not your problem. It's the problem of whomever put your partner on the game... and he's the one that has to deal with it, not you. Just make sure that you both use the proper procedure if you do have to unload fans/coaches, whatever...i.e. use the AD, etc.

Just deal with what comes up and don't spend your time worrying about what may come up.
