Lets all be honest. EVERY association has "This Guy" maybe not AS flambouyant, but we all have the older offiical who really puts "extra effort" into his game. I know we have one, and the kids and fans love him. I love working with him b/c when he makes a crazy call all I have to say to a coach is "Hey, that's " and they agree and move on.
Wouldn't want to have younger offiicals imitate the mechanics, but would love for them to have that same level of energy and enthusiasm.

As we get late in the Rec Season here and I move into the playoff and championship rounds I always look for something to work on! Now, I have several things. Excellent (sarc).

Let's remember that when the game is over we are to be forgotten. Never a spectical to be made of ourselves. The game is not about us.
