Lets all be honest. EVERY association has "This Guy" maybe not AS flambouyant, but we all have the older offiical who really puts "extra effort" into his game. I know we have one, and the kids and fans love him. I love working with him b/c when he makes a crazy call all I have to say to a coach is "Hey, that's
" and they agree and move on.
Wouldn't want to have younger offiicals imitate the mechanics, but would love for them to have that same level of energy and enthusiasm.
