Shot clock reset
The shot clock is at 11. A1 attempts a legal dunk. The ball NEVER hits the rim. The ball, while in the net, hits the dunker's head and pops back upward, out of the cylinder, again, never hitting the rim. Play continues and A2 gains control of the ball. Should the shot clock be reset? Rule reference?
