Good to hear. This would bother me if it was a block. 4.7.2(d) says nothing about LGP, so I believe I made the correct call.

4-7 defines what constitutes a block and a charge. It's not suppose to say anything about LGP. LGP is defined in 4-23. If the dribbler extends his forearn into the defender, it's a PC foul, whether the defender has LGP or not. If the defender is moving toward the dribble and creates the contact, it's a block.
