Rut is right, a lot of times the players just go there. Half the time in my games they do that, and I'm positive I never told them to do it.

Which is weird, because our coach knows that catch-22 type rule about the injured shooter (opposing team) and that he can choose the shooter, yet he doesn't know the free throw line extended.
