OT - NBE D league game comments

There was an NBE D league (Developmental League) game on Versus. It was quite interesting to watch. The three officials all looked to be about in their mid-20s, and I thought they did a really good job. One of the teams was coached by former WNBA star Nancy Lieberman. Imagine her moving all the way up and maybe coaching the Celtics or Knicks in the future! I'm sure their macho fans would love that.

BTW - they altered a rule for this season to test it for the NBE in the future. A player can rebound the ball if it is touching the rim. I think they said this is already the standard FEEBLE rule.

Anyway, it was an entertaining game to watch and there were even a few travels called!
