I take it middle school plays in the fall in your state?

Have a good one! We have a "shoot out" this Saturday. It will be nice to be back on the court even if it is football season right now.

I'm not sure if all of Illinois does it this way, but in my area (Chicago suburbs), the girls middle schoolers start up right away as classes begin. The boys follow up in early-to-mid November.

The Illinois Elementary School Association starts their girl's season in the fall. But there are not many IESA schools in the Chicago suburbs. I even know of some play in the spring. It just depends on the area and the affiliation of the school and their athletic program.

I'm getting on the court for the 1st time this season tomorrow night. BV Fall League working 3-man. Will work it again in 2 weeks then wait for college scrimmages to come in.
