PC foul if it prevents the defender from performing normal defensive movements. If it makes him stumble, that qualifies, IMO. We wouldn't let the defender step on the dribbler's foot.

Frankly, I can't say I've ever seen this, so if I saw a player doing it multiple times, I wouldn't be inclined to think it was an accident.

If he does it repeatedly and eventually injures the defender's foot, you may have to stop the game and call a toe truck.

If a player is truly stepping on a defenders foot during a spin move on purpose, it will only take one rolled ankle for him/her to take that move out their repertoire

If it's repetitive, eventually he's going to blow out his ankle.

But, like others have said, as fast as the game is/a spin move can occur, it's hard for me to envision a player purposely stepping on another player's foot over and over again......

Do you allow the defender to step on the ball handler's foot preventing him from jumping or driving? Do you allow a post player to step on the defender's foot, preventing him from jumping to defend a shot?
