Simple answer is there is no difference in the administration of either foul. The real difference is that a flagrant foul is a foul that occurs during a live ball and is generally for a foul involving excessive and uneccessary contact, a fight, or leaving the bench during a fight or when a fight may occur.
Flagrant technical fouls usually involve some sort of unsportsmanlike acts and most often occur during a deadball. Both fouls result in 2 shots and the ball and the offender is ejected. |
