When I "talk behind someone's back" I usually don't bring a name up. I don't consider it "talking behind's someone's back" if a name doesn't come up. I was actually thinking along the same lines as Jurassic when you mentioned that. Using names isn't always required to get in trouble for this stuff. There's no good that comes from doing this stuff. When converstations turn to other officials around here, unless it's "He's really good, you should watch him work" or "She really knows how to deal with that coach," I just keep my mouth shut and turn the conversation to other things; such as the game we're about to work.

It always comes back to bite you in the a$$. Always.
