Smile good partner??

I know this topic has been discussed before, but I am looking for both veteran insight and new official perspective here. The questions are .."what makes a good partner?" "What makes someone a poor partner?" "How does one become a good partner?"
If you were giving serious advise to other officials, what are some of the things you would mention? Is not being a bad partner the same as being a good one? Is there a difference? What do you do as an official to help your partner out both on and off the court?
If you had to list the qualities that a "good partner" possesses, what would your top 5-10 attributes be? Thanks for your thoughts!

I'd have to say, going with 5; professionalism, rules knowledge, good mechanics, good communication and lastly enjoyment of the game.
