You've answered your own question. An advertiser's logo is not a school or conference logo.

Call the school and volunteer to take the logos off.

When I mean thanks to local media, this is how I discovered the logo, I'm used to seeing the school or conference logo on the apex/opening of neckline or on the shorts/skirt, not on the back of the jerseey in the location of where the name would be located.

Stay out of it.

If you become a member of the coaching staff (not jsut affiliated with the school / scoreer/ crowd control, etc.) and you see it, notify the head coach.

As described, it sounds legal -- the names on the jersey seem to be in the "neckline" area as defined by the rules.
