I have said on here previously that there are several coaches (parents and sometimes players) that have questions regarding the rules. It's very easy for me to post a simple situation and have any of you who are experts answer for the world to see.

Sure, some may have been asked before , but It's possible that I may have missed those times it was discussed.

What is the percentage of the questions that are asked on here are "pretty basic?"
