I knew it...I was asked this question by a JV official earlier this season and I told him to blow it dead and readminister. He thought it was a violation. I told him I would look it up while we got dressed and he finished his game. Sure enough, when I looked it up it's now a violation. I feel a little vindicated that I was right at some point in time. I must've missed this change.
