Don't worry about it, M&M. The points don't matter; like the top shelf in Chuck's closet.

That's a low blow. Poor guy can't even reach his keyboard to defend himself.

Must be a slow weekend. (See how I brought this thread back on-topic?)

I think the line from Billy Madison would've worked, too. "I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

It was the deduction that was brilliant.

Wanna hear something funny? Holmes rarely uses deduction: Conan Doyle routinely has him call his inferences deductions, when they are in fact inferences to the best explanation (which are inductive). A most un-Holmesian mistake.

Well it's funny to some people.

I'm probably going to take two of my adult children to a movie over the Christmas break. We usually try to see the blockbuster movies on our family dates. Sherlock Holmes, or Avatar? Suggestions?

Based on the previews, I'd choose Avatar.

Well, if the kids were still in school, I'd say the decision would be elementary.

Slow Weekend?

How about NO weekend......

The storm of storms is moving our way and we could be digging out for days.

Games tomorrow are already canceled!

Time to get a little ROI from College Boy - go shovel Jr.!

My high school varsity game today got canceled. I like Saturday high school games. No rush hour traffic problems.
