Technical Fould Procedures
First timer, here...
Is it explicitly stated that, during the free throws for a technical foul, that all players must be behind the division line in the offended team's backcourt? I would think that this is unfair to one team, as one coach gets a "free timeout" to talk to his/her players, while the other coach cannot because of restraints of the coaching box. Cheers. |

It's no different than any other FT. Any player not on the lane must be behind the FT line extended and 3 point line.
