Freed Captain a referee

Just found out that the captain recently freed off the coast of Somalia is a member of Vermont IAABO Board #105.

Wow, that is very interesting. Maybe one of the other reasons he was able to be so calm and help others. That makes me rather proud.

Peace

That would help explain how he knew just where to stand when a sharpshooter went to work, wouldn't it?

And what's that other line about learning to keep your head when all those around you ...

Now there's an official who's going to get a standing O before the next game he works!

The IAABO Handbook lists a Richard Phillips, of Underhill, Vermont, on Board #105, the State of Vermont.

The kind of partner we'd all like to have the opportunity to work with.
Not a coach or hostile crowd in any gym anywhere that could rattle this guy.
Great sidebar to what is a already a great story.
Nice catch Gap.
