Devil's Advocate
I did not see the play live; I have only seen replays of the play in question. I would also like to make full disclosure: I am a Kansas fan and not an Oklahoma fan but that does not have any bearing on my response below.
What did I see? I saw B1 (Oklahoma player) behind A1 (Morgan player) and facing A1's back when their arms became entangled and A1 attempted to untangle his arm from B1's arm. Yes it looked bad but A1 was had a more advantagous position that B1. At best this could have been incidental contact that looked bad or a common foul that looked bad by B1. MTD, Sr.
