You can't learn it jsut from watching a presentation.

Especially for intramurals, I'd greatly simplify it -- L goes to where he needs to go to watch the post and has the lane area as Primary. T and C remain the same (no rotation), and have primary coverage areas on their half of the court (yes, that means the lane is "dual coverage).

Go table side on fouls, and balance the court on dead balls.

If you get that much right, you'll be way ahead for working your first 3-person game.
