B1 cannot have LGP on his butt. He is, however, entitled to his spot on the floor. Unless he does something to initiate contact, I would not have a block here.

I can't see calling PC here unless young Pacino got creamed, because it's hard to put him at a disadvantage when he's already seated.

The bottom line: probably a no call.
