Can you vision this play?

Player catches ball with (one foot) right foot on the ground ... steps with left foot (towards basket), lifting right foot ... plants left foot and then plants right foot and then proceeds to dunk basketball ... Travel or not?

Yes, that's traveling. The right foot is the pivot.

The right foot is the pivot by this rule:
4-44-2
b. If one foot is on the floor:
1. It is the pivot when the other foot touches in a step.

The player then violated this rule:

4-44-3 . . . After coming to a stop and establishing a pivot foot:
a. The pivot foot may be lifted, but not returned to the floor, before the ball is released on a pass or try for goal.

"Envision" is a Verb; "Vision" is a Noun

I can't vision it, but I can envision that at this point a travel occurs. Do you share my vision? Or have I envisioned incorrectly?

Just DVR the highlights from the Ohio State / Indiana game and just about every highlight was a travel!

Sounds exactly like Lebron's traveling call: right foot down when dribble ended (now pivot foot), pivot foot leaves the floor, left foot comes down, right/pivot foot returns to the floor = TRAVEL even in the NBA.

Although could jump off that initial right foot, land on both feet at the same time, and dunk.

Not only can I envision this, I can envision a travel call followed by everyone on his end of the gym screaming, "WHAT??? He gets two steps!!"
