No, my calculation is correct right now. They had my number off by one number by not giving me a single point. It seems to be corrected.

Now if I were you, I would contact Judy at the office and let her know. It is possible that there is a good explanation.

Seems to be a couple of things going wrong...

1) Clinic frequency. I attended a L1 over the summer ("last year"). Therefore, I should get 5 points for clinic frequency. According to her hand calculations, I only get 3 points because the Level 2 I attended was two years ago. Now, I am getting 5 points for my clinic level within the last three years.
L-1: 7/12/08
L-2: 6/9/07

2) Number of varsity games worked. Pending I am correct on the above situation (and I'm pretty sure I am) I'm not getting any points in this section. The only two fields I have filled out are 1A/2A boys and girls. I have zeros in 3A/4A boys and girls. This shouldn't matter but she says the computer might just be seeing the zeros.

Time will tell... she is going to check with Dave today.

My only question now is how many games are they allow to play in the regular season?
By-laws state:
21, no tournaments
19, 1 tournament
18, 2 tournaments
16, 3 tournaments

And no team shall play in more than 5 games in any tournament. Therefore, are they basing the number of varsity games worked off of 31 games?

What exactly do these ratings mean? You seem to be discussing quantity, but I assume quality also enters the equation somehow?

I was incorrect. They are basing it off of 21 games. They've posted a table in the officials center to guide you through different sports.
