I wish it was the "You're Outta Here" signal that baseball umpires use. But, unfortunately, it isn't.

No. The official simply reports that information to the table when reporting the foul and then notifies the Head Coach of the disqualification.

More than likely the table with go: "Huh?"

You reply: The player is ejected... then you tell the coach, etc.
