Correct procedure is ...

A1 fouls B1 (common foul and double bonus is in play) ... moments later two players engage in an altercation resulting in double technicals.

What is the proper procedure following this type of play?

Report the double foul, then pretend like it didn't happen.

and then let B1 shoot the double bonus, with players along the lane lines.

What they are really telling you, double fouls are point of interruption enforcement. So you basically follow what Snake said to do.

Peace

This is the high school rule correct, because the college would be different...

B1 shoots double bonus with players lined up and the double techs simply get reported.

After confering with different officials the correct procedure would be as follows:

If A is in the double bonus you would shoot the two free throws with the lane spaces cleared. You must administer all fouls and penalties in the order that they occured, and since the first foul resulted in the double bonus you would shoot those first. The second foul that ocured after the common foul was the double technical foul on both A and B and that will result in a point of interuption. Since there was a dead ball at the time of the double technical fouls you would have to go to the alternating possession arrow, and whoever has the arrow going their way, that team would get the ball at the division line to inbound.

Are you sure? The POI would be the double bonus free throws wouldn't they? So after reporting the common foul, then reporting the double technical, we're lining the players up along the lane to shoot the double bonus free throws and play the miss or make as the POI.

Neither you nor your sources are correct, because you failed to return to the point of interuption, which was B1 shooting the first of two.
Get new sources and read Case 4.19.8 Situation D.

These are the two options and this is exactly what is being debated ... this happened recently and wanted to see what many of you thought.

What the crew did was clear the lane and shoot the double bonus and then went to the AP.

Wrong. This was the point of interuption: Put players along lane lines and allow them to rebound if second shot of double bonus misses. If second shot is made, "defensive" team takes the ball olut of bounds for a "run the line" throwin. Play on.
