Howard - South Carolina St. (Double violation)
I caught the end of this game and it appeared the officials kicked a rule. With 2.5 seconds (I think), a Howard player was shooting his 2nd free throw with his team down by two. There was a delayed violation as a SCS player entered the lane too soon and then the free throw shooter missed the rim. The officials huddled and gave the Howard player another free throw.
Under NCAA rules, should this not be a double violation which results in an AP?
