Like others have said, it's not a delay of game unless it delays the game. Officials can manage it so that a T is not necessary.

I guess I administer certain times a little different. I generally hustle into the lane for the 2nd shot, raise one finger and say "one". What I had last night was a player, not in the lane space, coming from above the key to swap skin with the shooter and it did delay my administration. The defense never moved from their positions. I warned several times during the night. I guess I get in a flow with the game.
