Clock Stoppage

At the high School level , does the clock stop after a made basket? I was told it doesn't and can't find it in the rule book.

As a general rule, if the rule book doesn't say it happens, it doesn't happen. In this case, the book doesn't say to stop the clock after a made basket, so the clock doesn't stop for that.

If you use NCCA rules as we do, the clock stops after a made basket with 59.9 seconds on the clock or less in the second half or overtime period.
