Who hasn't switched over?
My understanding is that there are some associations in Ontario that are not switching. Since they provide more players into the NCAA system then why would they, I guess. This is not a confirmed answer just what I have heard.

I was under the impression that it was mandatory for everyone across Canada to switch. That to be eligible for money that Canada Basketball was doling out, you needed to be FIBA.
