Fumble...
Hi, new poster...and I did check all the past posts on this topic.....I know you can recover any fumble....
Question is: A1 has not used his dribble, he fumbles the ball which bounces on the floor and he must move to recover it. Does he still have his dribble available? While here, have another question.....In NCAA, is player-control required for granting a timeout or can it be granted while in team control...ie a pass between teammates. Thanks for the help....

Yes, he can dribble.
Player control is always required during a live ball with the clock running.
