Free throw situation
A1 fouled by B1, Team A in one and one situation. Teams line up for free throws and referee tosses the ball to A1 incorrectly announcing "2 shots". A1misses and as the ball comes off the rim and the players are simply grabbing at the ball to return to the ref, Coach B realizes it's a one and one and complains to the side ref who blows his whistle. Ref gives the ball to team B. Shouldn't the call be jump ball, as neither team had possesion?
