+POS pants

I have 2 pair of +POS referee pants that have never been worn. Size 34(w) X 32(l). They are the pants seen here http://www.pluspos.com/product.asp?which=427

I wear a size 34 pant, but these pants are too tight in the waist. +POS will not take them back because they are hemmed. As I said, I wear a 34, which I bought 2 new pair of Sansabelt in 34 x 32 to replace these 2 pair that don't fit, so the ideal candidate for these pants would be someone that wears a 32 in the waist, even though they are stamped as 34s. I only want the cost of the pants, and I will ship them to you at no extra charge. The cost are $43 per pair. PM me if you may be interested.

PS I am located in NC, if time is an issue.
