Direct Technicals to Bench Players

I don't agree with the warning. Why? If the situation is like the OP described, the coach can hear it upfront. Penalize immediately!! As you can see it took three warnings and a T in the last couple of minutes of the game to correct the situation.

Where do we get off warning everyone before we penalize?
