More officials than games.

An ISHAA came to our assoc. meeting this week and tried to explain how the tourney would go.

I didn't apply as I don't qualify this year.

I didn't understand everything he was saying, but it appears to be some magic formula they are using to determine who does which games. Probably the same computer program that they use in the BCS ratings. LOL.
