Score the hoop. Team B has the ball with an endline throw-in.
As for time on the clock: the offical must have definite knowledge to take any time off the clock. A count (10-second backcourt; 5-second closely guarded) qualifies as "definite knowledge." Absent that, there still are 4.5 seconds on the clock.
