Those of you that wear the flex belt, how do you keep it from riding up around your waist when you bend over to pick up the ball? In my opinion those are good as long as you don't have to move.

Shirt garters (and that is the correct spelling) seem to work better for me.

I generally wear black running tights under my pants when officiating. I find that I can tuck my shirts into the tights and it holds great.

I get the flex belt fairly snug but still comfortable and have no problems with it moving during the game.

I had never worn a flex belt before this season, and I am SOLD! It feels a little awkward at first, but it does an excellent job of keeping my shirt tail in and my pants up. The little knobbies go out by the way.

I don't use one, but if you wore it backwards, wouldn't it be real uncomfortable?

Backwards? Do you mean bumps in? Oh yeah!!!! Like roofing nails sticking into you!

It's just soft rubber.

Compression Shorts

I got this tip last week, and it works wonders. I wear compression shorts under my pants, and if you tuck your shirt into that, it will never come out either. It feels funny at first, but works wonders.

I had the flex belt years ago, and it worked well to keep my shirt in. That was before I started wearing tights, and it worked well keeping my pants up. In fact, I liked it better for that reason.

Now, as stated in other posts, I wear tights and tuck the shirt into there. The shirt stays in place, though not quite as well as with the flex-belt. It works good enough, though. But with pleated pants, I am not having to continuously pull them up for some reason.
