YEP!!!

Every official worth his salt knows you're going to want a TO after the second made FT or if you get the rebound on the miss. It's not necessary to say, "I want a TO after the FT."

I bet Avery Johnson NEVER does that again.

I tell the coach "I'll be looking for you." That way you acknowledge coach's intentions and make them aware that they do need to call it.
