Make both calls and explain the difference!

Play situation number 1:

RULING - b-2 touches any other part of the body without touching the hand which is part of the ball FOUL! could have avoided contact.

B-2, having no reasonable chance to play the ball without making contact, reaches in and hits the ball which ricochets out of bounds without being touched again. Minor contact is made to A-1's left hip. What if the contact was more severe?

RULING - Same as above Foul!
