When these NBA "perspectives" on what constitutes a foul (or a play on, no call) trickle down to my NF level, we NF level officials will have to make these adjudication without the benefit of multiple booth replay reviews--as is often provided for in pro games. I guess the main thing that we NF refs must therefore be mindful of is to be in "great" position and possess the requisite temerity in order to correctly rule on these types of actions. I really liked the distinctions made between the three types of actions, thanks 4 posting!
