I don't know when or where this was from. I found it online. Appears to be at Central Washington University, but no restricted area painted meaning it likely wasn't a college game.

I would go with a no call on this play.

The running backwards is a great indication of the level of officiating. Based on lack of RA, I am going with a PC foul.

If this is at a college gym, there might actually be an RA, more often than not there are ones not painted very well or contrast the dark floor and the quality of the video as well. But either way it goes, it looks like he is completely out of the way and minimal contact. I would go with no call without any other identifiable markers to go by.

I can confirm this was a game at Central Washington. Per the diagrams of the CWU basketball court, on the CWU ticketing website, the restricted area's are painted red for the men and white for the women. I wonder if they use floor tape to cover the RA's for non-NCAA games which as of now still don't use the RA.
