Not a basketball move? Have you never seen ball handlers move the ball side to side above their head? He didn’t seek out the defender nor swing/extend his elbows in any unnatural manner. A flagrant 1 foul on this play would have been wrong. There’s a bigger case for a cylinder foul on the defender than an F1 on the offensive player.
