It's Not Up to Us to Coach Players to Avoid Violations
Please help me find what I vaguely remember was a recent quote by NFHS that went something along the lines of, "It's not up to us officials to coach players out of committing violations." As I recall it was in some kind of POE or commentary on the rules or in a caseplay or something probably within the last year or two, but I can't find it.
I'm not so much instigating a discussion on the topic, only hoping someone can tell me where to find that quote. Anybody?

Thanx again, however.
