I worked a few games during this tourney on Friday. One of my games involved the other team in this story (the one who was winning when Bol's team walked off). They're a quality team with a couple of future D1 prospects. They're also well coached by a local high school coach with multiple state championships under his belt.

This wasn't a pay-to-play camp type situation as has been speculated. The two officials working the championship game are well respected college officials from the area. I've worked many games with both and neither are the type to shy away from addressing inappropriate behavior. I also visited with the director of officiating for the tournament and he basically said they handled the situation appropriately.

Personally, if you can't figure out that running your mouth is going to get you into trouble after the first one or two T's, then it seems like the problem speaks for itself.
